The guiding principle behind the traditional designs is that a building should appear timeless and belong in its settings by virtue of its scale, detailing, construction and use of traditional materials.
With more than 40 years experience, Stephen's drawings are meticulous and detailed not only for the benefit of the client, but also for the Planning Officers, who are left in no doubt about how the finished building will look. His conviction is that the quality of the drawing influences the standard of the work and, ultimately, the finished building.
Stephen has the necessary knowledge to understand local council vagaries where certain design aspects are acceptable by some and not others. He strives to make the whole process easier and more affordable for the home owner and is committed to creating individual designs to provide valuable living spaces in harmony with existing character and in tune with clients’ personalities and lifestyles.
